Why Rock and Metal?

Rock and metal are genres surrounded by various misconceptions. Some say it only includes anger and frustration. I have found many of these stereotypes to be false. Instead I find rock to be a louder voice for more subjects. Since I first got into this genre, it has played a big role in my life. In my opinion, rock and metal music is one of a kind and speaks for itself.
